We provide a digital platform connecting customers and drivers to offer delivery and transportation services. We act as an intermediary and do not provide the service directly.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the application.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You must provide accurate and truthful information.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in the event of a violation of these terms.

Payment is required before or upon receipt of the service.

We are not responsible for the quality of service provided by pilots.

Pilots have the right to accept or refuse orders.

Cancellation fees may apply in certain cases.

Disputes between clients. And pilots

You agree not to claim any compensation from us related to your use of the service.

All rights reserved. The application and its content (logos, text, images) are owned by us or our partners. Copying or using any content without prior permission is prohibited.

8. Cancellation and Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violating these terms.

You may cancel your account at any time.

Your data will be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of the application signifies your acceptance of the amendments.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
